Artificial intelligence (AI), is intelligence that belongs to machines and helps them in making decisions. This intelligence is preprogrammed by people and follows logic, instead of emotions.
AI is the study of “intelligent agents” – an autonomous entity that is programmed to achieve specific goals. A solution that is lead by artificial intelligence can learn, analyze, represent, produce, and do all kinds of activities which can be simplified to an algorithm.

In the 1950 “s, AI pioneers like Minsky and McCarthy described artificial intelligence as “a task that is performed by a program or machine that is capable of performing it, which would require a human to use intelligence to accomplish that task.”

Keep in mind that there is no universal way to define or distinguish AI. There are many different types of AI, such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and deep learning. The way we define and differentiate AI is not just in terms of its capabilities, but also in terms of its impact on the economy.

We could talk a lot about the difference in intelligence between humans, animals, robots, computers and other non-human beings. Today’s artificial intelligence systems can outperform humans in many ways, whether they are educated or not, especially in terms of the speed at which they act. This works so well that people outside the AI world often don’t even realize they’ve just interacted with artificial intelligence.

Artificial intelligence is a term which generalizes deep learning, machine learning and other similiar technological advancements. However, some tech experts love to talk about difference kinds of AI such as:

  • AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) – “strong” intelligence
  • ABI (Artificial Biological Intelligence) – “natural” intelligence

or even:

  • AIA (Abstract Intelligent agents)
  • IVA (Virtual Intelligent agent)

The agent theory, on the other hand, simply explains the agents as entites that follow behavior encoded in preferences and are goal-oriented.

How Artifical Intelligence (AI) affects business?

Artificial intelligence is changing many businesses in terms of adding value to data and artificial intelligence for businesses, and it even creates entirely new types of businesses.

Combined with machine learning and emerging AI tools, Robatic Process Automation (RPA) can automate a large portion of the workplaces in companies by enabling its tactical bots to pass intelligence to AI and respond to process changes.

However, the use of artificial intelligence raises ethical questions, as the AI tool offers companies a range of new functionalities and AI systems, for better or worse, will reinforce what they have already learned.

The outcome that would mean the end of artificial intelligence on a human level would depend on what else could be gleaned from general intelligence on a human level that is artificially replicable.

In other words, what is happening today is that most of the software users work with is not an example of artificial intelligence, but AI is in the background, making suggestions, managing classification and identification, pooling options to make decisions, and in some cases making those decisions autonomously.
